Box Motion Second Rounding
The DDR Box Motion retains the second rounding cup used in the standard DDR, with the rounding movement upgraded to a Box Motion system. During the rounding process, the second rounding cup travels together with the conveyor while continuously rounding the dough piece.
Increased Rounding Throughput
By combining the rounding movement with conveyor travel, the Box Motion system allows the second rounding process to operate more efficiently within the production flow. This significantly increases the available rounding throughput, enabling the DDR Box Motion to achieve production capacities of up to approximately 10,000 pieces per hour.
