Automatic Band Slicer

The ABS 3000 Automatic Band Slicer is an industrial slicing machine designed for continuous loaf slicing in commercial and industrial bakery operations. With a production capacity of up to 2,400 loaves per hour, it provides an automated slicing process for bakery production requiring consistent and continuous loaf handling.

The slicing thickness is specified according to the customer's product requirements, with the machine configured accordingly for the required application.

The ABS 3000 can also be used as the first stage of a slicing and packaging line. It can be connected with Lian Huat's Bag Loader and Bag Closer to form a connected downstream packaging process according to the customer's production requirements.
